For the sake of complete customer satisfaction and transparency, we offer every client the right to raise a “satisfaction guarantee claim” if they have genuine grievances with the services received. This can be done by sending an email to support@legaine.com clearly specifying all grievances and listing out why they were not satisfied with the service. This
claim will be reviewed and if it is verified as a genuine grievance, Legaine will offer a full refund of the services that
the client was charged for.
Any delay on account of Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Office of Controller General of Patents, Designs and Trademarks, Controller of Certifying Authorities (CCA), Change in Law or Statute, Change in Procedures prescribed by the relevant authorities or agencies, Natural Disasters, Acts of Nature or Third Party Vendors shall not be considered for a Satisfaction Guarantee Claim, because the same are beyond the control of the website.
Such refund shall be granted within 30 working days from the settlement of the claim. The refund amount shall be restricted towards the Service Value of Legaine.com and can exclude all fees, taxes, charges, challan payments, Third Party payments, Vendor Payments and such other payments that are built into the final price for any service.
